Interests:

The development of catalytic materials by applying new synthesis strategies and optimization of the conventional approaches as well as the evaluation of their catalytic properties:

  • Synthesis of micro- and mesoporous materials: zeolites, ordered and wormhole-like mesoporous materials, layered double hydroxides and so on;
  • Synthesis of  oxide/metallic nanoparticles on multifunctional mesostructured supports;
  • Immobilisation of enzymes on inorganic and/or inorganic-organic hybrid porous materials;
  • Applications in heterogeneous catalytic (redox and acid-base reactions) and biocatalytic systems;
  • Establish the relationships between the physico-chemical and catalytic properties of the solids.
