International Conference „Students for Students”, care se va desfășura în perioada 22–25 aprilie 2026, la Facultatea de Chimie și Inginerie Chimică, Cluj-Napoca.
Conferința se adresează studenților de la nivel licență și master, din domeniile chimie, inginerie chimică, precum și STEM cu aplicații în chimie și inginerie chimică.
Menționăm că prezentările orale și posterele vor fi susținute în limba engleză.

International Conference "Students for Students" is a student conference hosted by the Chemistry Students' Organization in collaboration with the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and the Romanian Chemical Society.
Its fundamental purpose is to convene undergraduate and Master's students globally, providing them with an invaluable platform to disseminate their research, hone their communication competencies and foster a dynamic exchange regarding innovations in chemistry and chemical engineering.
🔬 Present your research in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or STEM with applications in Chemistry & Chemical Engineering — whether SOLO or DUO, on‑site or online.
WHAT? - 3-day conference, 3 plenary sessions, oral and poster presentation tracks, 3 on-site/online preparation workshops, 1 day of workshops and light conversations, evening social and networking events, 1 Cocktail Dinner event

Registration Fees:
on-site solo oral presentation/poster presentation: 65 €
online solo oral presentation: 45 €
on-site duo oral presentation/poster presentation : 115 €
Optional add-ons to the basic fee:
accommodation (21st -26th of April 2026): 30 €/person
extra meals (4 daily lunches during the conference): 20 €/person
FOR PARTICIPANTS OUTSIDE CLUJ-NAPOCA, ROMANIA: Accommodation and daily lunches will be provided from the 21st to the 26th of April 2026 upon request. You can reach Cluj-Napoca via train (Cluj-Napoca CFR Train Station), bus (FlixBus or other national services) or airplane (Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport). There will be a team of volunteers that will guide attendees to the places where the conference activities take place.
